Past :She lives in a family consisting of an Ex-Millitary Grandfather, a Millitary General Father, and 4 in soldier in training brothers in the town called Surabaya.
Being the youngest and the only girl in the family she was brought up through extremely manly way and thus this is what became of her now. She rarely wears skirts and wears only the most boyish clothes.
One day her father got a millitary job abroad and then took all of her brothers with him since they are on the same squad. Her Grandfather soon follows his father abroad because he was worrying about her 4 brothers.
Rosetta on the other hand was left to take care of the house and applying maintenance for her Apache copter. Her family doesn't worry for her since she was the strongest amongst her four brothers.
On her usual Justice Stroll where she protects the weak and kicks the evil, she came across Canvas Ranger - Hero cooperation.
It was after she hears an explanation on how the organization exists to purify the evil Art Blocks from the world that she immediately joined and became a Canvas Ranger Hero exist to rid the world of Art Blocks and Villains..!Added Note : 
Even though she does looks like this, she has an Apache Helicopter that she cares for deeply since the copter was a gift from his grandfather.
When she was a child, she was hypnotized by her father that wearing a baggy jacket makes her even more manly. Truth was, her father did it to make her other 4 brothers to concentrate on training instead of babying Rosetta into a girl.
Her favourite weapon is the Anti-Tank Rocket M1.
She loves her country and her city so much that her clothes consists of what she regards as the patriotic uniform.
She handles Knives much better than Guns.
She is quite good with mechanical problems.

Being sure that Leon is his brother, she kept on following him, trying to make him remember.

In the midst of despair he met his old Niece, Rosetta who joined CR long before him. Surprised to see each other, these two bully each other and stayed perfect in front of each other. Time passed and Von Staire began to feel impressed with how Rosetta fights for Peace and Justice without thinking of what it will do to her, but since Von Staire's pride is un-breakable he decided to get stronger than Rosetta instead of trying to break his cruse.

DivingBird-Mat's Evee Loneheart - They first met when Evee became attracted with Hyakko, Rosetta's pet Doberman in an afternoon patrol. After that she bumped into Rosetta who also likes dogs and thats how they met. Since then whenever they met, Rosetta would often huggle Evee without reason or pat her head whether Evee is transforming into a dog or in human form.
FlyingFish-Mat's Raye Jumonji - With the similar feeling of wanting to defeat Roger, they both get together to create the ultimate weapon to defeat Roger.

Since Monyet is afraid of Hyakko, he ran away causing Hyakko to chase Monyet even more. They chase each other for quite a while until they stumbled upon a room filled with weapons and war equipments. Nyoman thought that it was a villain's room and was about to investigate further but it turns out to be Rosetta's room and when she got home, she found him. Soon after the misunderstanding clears, they grow to gradually became friends and can often be found talking to each other about their problems.
kurosakiichiro's Rion - Friends and Partners in all sorts of things. One of the reasons was because they are both interested in weaponry which makes them a Ruitomo (Friends with the same interest) although SOMETIMES Rion would come and molest Rosetta when she's in her Tsundere mode...
OrangeRisk's Fara Lala - They met once when they were little, on the institution where Fara was kept and raised. Rosetta was sent there by his father in order to train for a couple of weeks. It didn't take long for the two to be acquainted as a sparring partner and spent the days like best friends. However the short stay of Rosetta had ended and she was forced to part away from Fara. It was at that moment that they both promised that they will meet again someday. A pity that even though they met again as adults, they both only remember a little a bit about how each other looked like.

Turns out that Alberto only has Rp. 10.500,00 in his wallet and Rosetta has already chosen her menu which was a Hamburger and had costed Rp. 19.000,00. Unfortunately Rosetta immediately left the building after she is done eating the hamburger, so Alberto is left alone with not enough money to pay for the food.

Klaus thought that Rosetta was one of the culprits behind her parent's death and thus she began attacking Rosetta without mercy. After a couple of battles Klaus is finally convinced by Rosetta's eyes for justice and decides to tell her the reasons and about her parent's death. Ever since they became sparring partners and Rosetta swore to help Klaus upon finding Klaus's parent's murderer. She also listens to Klaus's problems and worries.
